The Space:
Newly updated comfy guest house in a great location with an efficiency bathroom. Although this apartment has been renovated it is an old home with much character and charm providing a truly authentic Bloomfield experience.5 minute walk to Children's Hospital as well as Bloomfield restaurants and shopping area. House is also walking distance to West Penn Hospital and Lawrenceville. 2 miles from Downtown with bus line one block from the house. This is the perfect space in a charming neighborhood that you must experience for yourself!

The Neighborhood:
This location is ideal not only to explore Bloomfield but just minutes to downtown and many other neighborhoods that you must experience if visiting Pittsburgh.

Getting Around:
Area is very walk able. Bus line is very easy to use and Uber/Lyft are very responsive.

Other Things to Note:
Free street parking is generally available however this is a high traffic residential neighborhood. As with any large city parking near the apartment is not guaranteed during peak demand times such as weekends and evenings. The neighborhood is highly walkable and public transportation extremely efficient for guests who plan on parking and exploring the city without their vehicle.

Visitors pass for street parking is included with your stay for up to 1 vehicle Mon-Sat, Sunday parking is free. Please inquire about availability of visitors pass for longer than 3 days. Washer and dryer in basement, guests are able to use with host permission. License plate state and number must be submitted priorto arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests their space but am always available when needed.
