"Staff is so friendly "

"The waiters at the buffet restaurant were very friendly and attentive to our needs, two in particular, Alfredo and Pepe. They would always come and greet us, even if not in their section, they would still acknowledge us. When my husband was sick, they even would go back to try to find food he was able to eat. We give them a 12 on a score of 10. Regarding our room, Susan (I hope I am not mistaken - room 538) would always make sure our room was clean and done rapidly (since we were sick in the room) but efficiently. We also give her a 12 on a score of 10."
