Given the fun surroundings, the property can be great for a fun stay with friends or family. SUPERBE ENDROIT
Superbe Manoir. Propriété bien située pour découvrir la Bretagne Nord. Au retour de nos excursions le calme absolu dans ce gîte. Baignade, barque, paddle sur l'étang pour la détente. Idéal pour 18 personnes.

Stunning property with space to breathe
Large open rooms large enough to accommodate 16 of us in comfort with space to disappear when you needed some quiet time. Kitchen was adequately equipped while being more bijou than other reception rooms. I suggest a few added utensils: cutting boards, a new vegetable peeler, a masher and some oven trays would make life easier. Swimming / fishing lake in woodland setting presented a beautiful outlook. Terrace was a great, safe play space for children aged 3 - 16 although we did block off the gate to the unsafe steps. Our one criticism is the chairs in the lounge /salon - there are not enough comfortable seats for 16 people - infact, there are only enough seats to 'comfortably' seat 3. Upgrading with 3 large sofas and a couple of new armchairs would make the world of difference. That aside, we would not hesitate to re-book and would very much like to return as the house and grounds are beautiful and the location near Morlaix and beaches of Pink Granite Coast and local 'velo vert' (green cycle routes) is great.

Goede introductie, aangenaam huis, niet al te proper, één defecte wc-sas, géén barbecue( hebben er een geleend bij een buurman, trampoline onbruikbaar, boot met zeer gevaarlijke randen( hebben afgebrokkelde randen moeten verwijderen alsook de hechtingsvijzen nadat een persoon van ons gezelschap zich ernstig gekwetst had.

Unieke locatie met veel privacy in een omgeving met oude watermolen. Huis is authentiek en vol sfeer uit vervlogen tijden met voldeoende comfort voor het heden. Het meer en bossen maken de setting van huis en omgeving compleet.

Met vier gezinnen hadden we een aangename vakantie. We hebben op een sportieve manier de omgeving verkend door te fietsen langs vele groene routes of met de mtb langs velden en bossen. We maakten prachtige wandelingen tussen het groen en de adembenemende mooie ruwe kust. We verkenden Ils de batz met de fiets, prachtig! Het kasteel is enorm charmant en de zwemvijver is super.De avond eindigde telkens met een calvados in de bibliotheek. De keuken mocht nog iets netter en voorzien van kooppotten en kookvuur voor grote groepen. het kiezelterras mocht iets meer onderhouden zijn. Maar prijs/ kwaliteit, omgeving en het kasteel op zich was voortreffelijk!!
