Amazing apartment. Have everything you need. View is better than the pictures. Very clean complex and apartment. They have all the beach amenities you’ll need and short walk to grocery stores.

Amazing Stay
Had an incredible stay at Lea’s place. She is super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made me feel right at home from the get-go. Such a beautiful property, even better than the pictures. Convenient location for a relaxing holiday with everything close by, or as a home base for checking other cities/sites. Would definitely recommend and would gladly stay again!

Wonderful property, spacious and clean apartment, right at the beach with chaises longues and umbrellas available to use. Last but certainly not least - Lea, a super friendly host. We had a fantastic stay and we'll be back next year.

What a lovely, new, clean and well equipped apartment. Terrace with an amazing view of the water and beach was perfect. Close to a grocery store and wonderful restaurant within 50 steps of the property. Beautiful sunset!

Luxury apartment at a very reasonable price
We just wanted somewhere out of Split to spend a couple of nights before flying out from Split Airport. We were delighted by both the very high standard of accommodation and by the location - right on the beach. We would recommend Podstrana to anyone looking for a quiet beach holiday in Croatia.

Our family had the best time in this gem of a place right on the beach within minutes from Split! We loved dining on the large terrace with uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea. The apartment is immaculate, bright, airy, and spacious for 4 people. There were plenty of linens of high quality that added to the comfort. Listening to the waves and watching the star-studded sky was very satisfying! Kitchen is well-equipped and washing machine and second washroom were a bonus. Apartment is situated on a narrow but very long stretch of beach in Podstrana about 15-20 minute drive from Split. Pebble beach is super clean and water is shallow and a beautiful blue. Quiet beach but with just right amount of people for a lively ambience with a number of very good restaurants right on the water. Option to take a local bus to and from Split from a stop nearby. Owner, Lea, is wonderful, very helpful, and accessible! We would love to return for a longer stay next time!

These apartments are lovely , very clean , very spacious . A bakery located just behind on the road and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. One restaurant very close and a few others about a 10 min walk away. A beautiful view as right on the beach, with use of the sun beds and parasols provided. Lovely owner, very friendly and helpful. Can not fault anything.

This apartment was perfect for our family!! It had everything we needed. Very clean, super comfortable, stunning views and the location was just perfect. There was a fantastic restaurant next door, a bakery across the street and a supermarket not too far away. It’s located about 20 minutes from Split and for us it was just very convenient. We love our stay at Apartment Lea and would highly recommend it!!

The apartment was clean and renovated. Great view! The negatives - upon arrival the apartment was not ready and we were sent to wait in the rain or next door at a cafe. However, when it was time for Checkout the attendant contacted us 15 minutes prior to checkout to advise the cleaning lady was ready. We were awaiting a car to pick us up and they asked us again to wait outside. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The apartment was a lot further from old town split and not Convenient to getting to places. However the owner quickly tried to set up up with friends that are drivers or tour guides. I will not stay here again just for the lack of hospitality.

Lea’s place is fabulous! Gorgeous view from the balcony and so quiet you could hear the waves from the apartment, which we fell asleep to every night. Lots of restaurants nearby that are easily walked to. We also grabbed a few items from the market so we could make breakfast during our stay. Wonderful place to stay!
