"Quest is a large hotel above the shops below. It is kind of hard to find as you drive by. The staff was very nice at check in. This place is really modern/ new. Its basically a little apartment. The kitchen had all that you could need. Washer and dryer in the room was nice to have. Make sure to call ahead if you have a vehicle, we parked on the street. "We had an extremely short stay since our ferry from the South Island to the North Island was delayed by almost 7 hours. So we didn't check in until 5am the next day. The staff was accommodating and adjusted the check-in very quickly. The beds and room were comfortable. However the shower was a bust. It's a fishbowl type of shower with two doors.
