"Came for the Christmas market, perfect little gem of a hotel, 8 minutes walk to market, lovely clean rooms, spa linked to hotel with 1 free use per day pre book required. Paid for a full body massage in spa so cheap at £42 for 50mins. Pool area was beautiful and tranquil. Staff extremely helpful, asked or extra coffee in room no problem, definitely stay again."

"Good breakfast with vegan options (tofu scramble) and plenty of fresh fruit. Bar onsite with comfortable seating for reading. Easy to walk to the old town. Amazing staff."

"Except the housekeeping lady was not able to communicate in neither Polish nor English, and the water machine stopped working, eveything was vey pleasant for our trip."

"Location cannot be beat, restaurants galore nearby. Got a granary room with river view, don't waste your money. There are two huge concrete pillars in the middle of the room that make the usable space way small than it should be. Bed is comfy. And view isn't that great. Can't even see out the windows with the concrete pillars in the way"

"This hotel is incredibly well-placed for exploring the city and very comfy to be in. The rooms were nice and clean. There was a fridge and a kettle, so we were able to keep snacks (we were there over Christmas, and many places were shut for dinner to celebrate). There was plenty of space for luggage and coats, but there was no safe in the rooms for passports and such. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Many spoke English after our attempt at broken Polish. They were also able to call us...

"Verry clean hotel and room. Verry nice staff especially waiters during breakfast and the breakfast also was amazing. Wellness: quite big pool with warm water, steamroom and sauna. Jakuzzi is more bath with bubbles but also OK ;) Location: perfect - closse to main street and restaurants. WiFi OK "
