"The house is actually older than it looks on the photos. It was quite damp when we arrived but it was a rainy day. The bedroom next to the entertainment area was really dark and damp so we didn't ended up using that room at all. Several things not working while we were staying there, the rangehood light, living room heat pump, also the pool cue was broken, the football table legs were wobbly so I wouldn't say it is safe to have young children in that area of the house. Also, there was no blinds...

"Wonderful to stay in the garden caravan with my young son. Pam and Nev are wonderful hosts, the Caravan is spotless and perfect place to stay. Brilliant location right on the lakeside, playground, bush walks, golf and Rotorua just 20 minutes or so away. This was our second visit and we had such a good time. Thank you for having us. "

"Loved the place the only disappointment was not getting a reply from the manager and having to email the owner because I wasn’t told the tv was via the internet. Owner was more than helpful on all occasions "

"Good location for The Redwoods and easy into town. Has everything you need and plenty of room. Just a couple of things that are needed is a few more mirrors as only have one in the bathrooms which is a pain when everyone wants to get ready to go out etc. The other thing is that the cleaners need a bit of a tune up as their cleaning isn’t great. The dishwasher stunk and when we finally got it going the plates, cups and cutlery were still yuck as the drain was gross. Went to use the dryer and...

"Big house noisy upstairs floor"

"Property, ample heating, spa pool awesome for our netballers to recover for 2 days of netball. Washing machine and dryer perfect location to eliminate noise. Bathroom and rooms spacious. Lovely location and perfect for our needs. Greatcomms with owner!"
