"Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds. I'd Stay Here Again

"The staff is really excellent. Everyone at the front desk speaks English very well, and they are helpful and knowledgeable. The valet car service was easy to use and moderately priced. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but nothing too special. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Hot and cold foods, and attentively maintained over the breakfast period."

"I have stayed here on three seperate occasion and everytime I like it more and discover new thing. The rooms are clean and great view. The staff speak perfect english, and porteguese. So it is my go to place. It is very expensive for brazil. But with all the amenities perhaps worth it. They have bikes which you can borrow, and there are very good bike path along rhe oceon. "
