"First of all, staff are really nice and helpful. They put a sincere smile and perfect attitude which makes my days. I was able to leave my luggages after I checked out and visit stuttgart a bit more. Secondly, the room are massive with washing machine. "Really enjoyed my stay at Hetzel hotel. Room was really big for a single Bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. Breakfast wasn't five star but it had all I needed to give me a good start in the morning. Not a lot of dialogue with reception,which I believe,is a good thing. Nice surroundings and U-trains were frequent and close to walking distance. Only negative was the price is a little bit too high for being out in the suburbs of the city."

"A nice little hotel within walking distance of the main train station up the hill through the park. For the price the room was spacious, decent Tv, the wi-fi was excellent and the bed comfortable. If you arrive at night you have to check in and collect keys by yourself, it is quite complicated but I managed it in the end. In the morning the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again If i visit Stuttgart again."
