Pelican's Perch is a well-appointed 4 bedroom, two full bath home just a five-minute walk straight down the street to a family-friendly beach. Our amenities make us your home away from home! The property is smoke- and vape-free.

The house was so clean and open. We had 10 guests, there was seating and room for everyone. We were minutes from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. The beds were wonderful! We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again in September if it’s available. No complaints at all.

The property was even more inviting than the pictures online! When you walk in you feel you have started the vacation- the decor is lovely and welcoming. The owners truly have everything on site for a stress free, wonderful beach experience! Comfy beds, plush towels, and the bunk room topped it off the the grandkids. The all star was the LIFT!!!! All 8 of us had a fantastic time and will definitely book again🏖️

Wonderful Place to Stay!
My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful house! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The beach was a quick walk from the house and was a perfect place to bring the whole family. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would love to stay here again!

Plenty of Space to Spread Out
This was our first stay here and we enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious, the living room offers plenty of seating and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving items. We enjoyed the giant Connect 4 and the cargo lift was a tremendous help. The walk to the beach is closer to 6/7 minutes but it’s a very easy walk. We will most definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Pelican Perch
The house was everything we needed. It had everything we could have thought we would have needed. The Ivey's were MORE THAN accommodating to all of our needs. The lift was for sure a life saver. We definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Family Summer Trip
We stayed at “Pelican’s Perch” this summer to ‘host’ family visiting from the Midwest and provide an ocean experience. The beach was great - but - the accommodations put it over the top! Plenty of space for the family to comfortably congregate and sleeping (beds) for all! The beach house was very clean and provided everything listed. Further - the hosts were very responsible and incredibly insightful providing recommendations and advice regarding stores/restaurants on island. I cannot recommend more.

Such a great house! We were all so incredibly comfortable and had everything we need. Had a few mishaps with electric but the Iveys were contacting me before I knew it to help out in any way! We can not wait to go back!

Overall a good experience
The beach was close to the house and very easily accessible with a rented golf cart and truck. The house was clean and the air conditioning system worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable. There were only two minor issues. The refrigerator took a day or two to get to a cold temperature after loading it with our items. After day 2, fridge worked fine. The clothes washing machine didn’t work for our stay. The property manager thought the filter needed cleaning to work properly. All that being said, the property owner was extremely responsive and accommodated the inconveniences. I would stay at this house again.

We have been staying at Crystal beach for around 8 years and with the exception of one house, this is a home that we will rent again and again. Loved the layout and not having to pay extra for linens and the lift was the selling point for us.

The property was just beautiful and clean. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was, man I don't know what to say about that kitchen besides it was great. The huge island, everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or just make spaghetti. The Ivey family was wonderful. Adriann really is the BEST! she answered my questions quickly and no matter what time it was. I loved...loved...loved it

Three Generation Beach Get-Away
We couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend quality time with our family. The IVEY’s made the trip easy with clear instructions for access, arrival, departure, and everything in between. When packing this family of eight, one or two things were left at home. Fortunately, all things we needed were readily available. Beautifully decorated and just a short walk to the beach. A lift was also provided which made the stairs an option-not a requirement! We are grateful and we’re already planning our next trip!

Fabulous Stay
Each one of my family members ranging in ages 10 to 98 could not get over how lovely and pleasant everything was while staying at Pelican’s Perch. The kitchen is truly fully stocked with anything you could need (especially with all of the cabinet and drawer space you will find what you are looking for). The mattresses were very comfortable and everyone had their own tv in their room. The cargo lift was an added bonus and my 98 year old grandmother enjoyed each ride. Thank you again for allowing my family and dogs to use your wonderful beach house. We hope to return.

Great cabin!
The cabin was perfect for a little getaway! Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. Also loved having three full size couches since the weather was terrible and we stayed inside most of the weekend.

Great house.
We loved this house. Pictures did not do it justice. This home was tastefully done and we loved the Christmas decor. It was large enough for Grandparents, parents, and grown children to all have their space and cozy enough for our family time playing games and watching movies. The hosts were great and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Property
We arrived in the evening to find a beautiful house that was even decorated for Christmas. It was like walking into a warm & welcoming home. My husband likes to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. The beach was just a 5 minute walk down the street and all the kids simply loved it. Checkout was a breeze. Cannot wait to come back again!
