The backyard offers a lake so you sit in the screened lanai and enjoy your favorite drink after an exciting day at local beaches, baseball games, or concerts at the local civic center. The house is located minutes from the baseball stadium and county civic center. Less than 45 minutes to many beaches.
Community offers a gym, right next to the community pool. There are tennis courts where both tennis and pickleball are played regularly.
