"We enjoyed the hotel very much . Everything is perfect like bed ,pillows, clean room, model design and so on. The view is wonderful.only thing I wish the parking fee could be lower price. They changed CAD $35/day at the different location. But it’s good they have free shuttle buses."

"We had an excellent experience for our first stay! All of the staff we came in contact were was so very friendly and accommodating from the housekeeping staff to the manager who was providing oversight when checking in. Despite a brief check in issue that was due to the booking site, rather than the property, Antonio and William were so helpful and continued to communicate what was happening to not worry me or my children. They quickly resolved the issue and were sweet to offer comps for our stay which was unexpected and wonderful!! Our housekeeper did a great job cleaning our room and provided some personal touches. The breakfast buffet was hot with many different options. The property is conveniently located to Clifton Hill, tons of restaurants and the Falls. It was great to park our vehicle and walk the whole weekend. We had to park in the offsite parking, which was only a 3 minute walk from the facility and safely housed my vehicle. There were tons of cameras visible in the parking area. We were sad to leave but confidently can say that we will be back! We truly enjoyed our stay! ❤️"
