"Quaint, quiet area and had all we needed. Great communication with staff. The only downfall is that it isn’t central AC but a portable AC unit which didn’t reach the bedrooms. Fans were there tho. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will most like rebook again. "

"We just had a wonderful trip to this property for one week. There are so many amazing things about this place. It is literally right on the water, so you can walk right into the lake (just don't forget water shoes). But when you don't want to be in the lake, there are several little places you can relax. "My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. Would absolutely recommend this property over any boring hotel stay any day of the week. "

"We had a lovely time at this place it is very cute inside and styled and decorated nicely! We did find that there were a lot of stains on all the upholstered furniture and on some curtains and walls as well. Also in the rules for the hot tub it was explained that no glass was to be around or in the hot tub (totally understandable) however there were no plastic cup options in the cupboards, we had brought some solo cups to enjoy beverages from but it would have been nice to not have to bring...
