We didn’t end up staying because the property and rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The towels in the room were dirty, the floor had crumbs on it and there were hairs on the bedding.

The pictures look good but this place is not a great stay I had a terrible spot at first so she moved us to a suite for an extra charge and the suite is even worse. We stayed the night but early to rise and out of here Not as reviews say that’s for sure and pictures are deceiving if I could have hot my money back I world have left this place

Horrible reservation. Switched rooms on arrival due to the first room smelling horribly of smoke, and the fire detector being covered with a trash bag…. Right after the no smoking conversation at check in. Second room dirty and filled with dead bugs. Decided to not even stay the night.

The staff are the only stars at this property. They were kind and willing to assist all our needs. But that is where any magic stops. For the Expedia deal we paid, it was by far too much. They couldn't pay me to stay there a again. There really is no real breakfast. And what was there made us sick. While the room was indeed cleaned, everything is stained so it all looked dirty: floors, walls, sheets, towels...all of it. The room was devoid of most basic amenities: no closet to hang clothes; no luggage stand; no chest of drawers; the smallest desk you could imagine; no chairs (well, there was one but it was so stained and appeared broken, didn't want to risk it). People were living there long term, which is somewhat fine (we get it and are empathetic), but a couple of these folks had serious issues and should be in a different kind of "hotel" (the manager was attempting to collect a weekly fee from one guest who had overstayed...apparently a long time). The *entire* facility reeked of Pot...like non-stop. It seeped through walls and windows and saturated our clothes. I've stayed in some dingy, really bad hotels in Vegas and LA...this property has those beat and takes the crown as my worst hotel stay ever. Expedia should remove this place from their offerings.

They are updating this property, and what is done is very nice. It is kind of hard to find it because it is behind a vacant building. My room was remodeled and was very neat and clean.

When we arrived at the property, there was no one to check us in. We never stayed there. We waited we called the number that was posted on the window. No one ever answered. I also took pictures. It was 11:18 pm.

I was shocked at how many positive reviews this place has. It has been “remodeled” but literally the remodel is just painting over everything. Paint is already peeling both on the outside and inside of the property. Our room was so dirty that I took my socks off and my feet were totally black by the time I got to the bathroom. Bathroom was moldy. Felt like there were crumbs in my bed? I’ve never experienced that ever at a hotel before. Leftover food in the fridge? I really don’t think our room was cleaned at all. The beds were made? People were fighting and screaming outside of our room at midnight. Terrible. Will never return.
