"Always my go too stay when I go home for my birthday, did not get my room cleaned tho but it was okay they did call and offer after but I was tired."

Their pleasant demeanor and attentive service contribute to a positive guest experience. While there may be areas where additional customer service training could be beneficial, this should be observed and addressed by managers. "

"- Room had to be changed 3 times. - Bed linens were stained. - Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty. - Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained. - Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs. - Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning. - Fridge in the room was filthy. - Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through. - Bed moved...
