"Even though there was an incident late at night and early in the morning where a guest was being loud and screaming, I give an overall 5 stars. The manager immediately handled it and personally spoke to me apologizing. The staff was amazing, professional and caring as well as efficient. Only thing I found kind of strange was that the same building was for both Hampton Inn AND Home 2 Suites. I was told that each floor was designated for each hotel"

"I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this...
