The ensuite primary bathroom holds a granite double vanity and walk-in shower. The walk-in shower is very accessible and includes an adjustable, handheld shower head, a built-in bench, and grab bars.
Both guest bedrooms feature a queen bed each with an adjacent shower/tub combo bathroom lying between the two bedrooms. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with an adjustable shower head, perfect for guests of all ages and even the tiniest of travelers!
Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! The glistening pool waters are surrounded by a paved deck as well as lounge chairs and outdoor seating furniture. The cozy outdoor lounge space is covered so that you can enjoy the outdoors come blazing sun or rain. The pool can be heated year-round at an additional charge. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know and the cost is $100 for stays 2 weeks or less. The pool would be set to 82 degrees when heated. Please inquire if you'd like the pool heated and your stay is longer than 2 weeks.

As if your stay couldn't get any better, when you step out of the screened pool enclosure you'll find a large, paved space that includes a gas fire pit, bricked seating area, and outdoor chairs. Ambient string lights overhead really set the vibe for relaxing evenings around the gas fire pit. Imagine after a day of fun in the sun making smore's with the kiddos or sharing a glass of wine with your partner.
Please note this home allows for two vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, to be parked in the driveway but the garage and street will not be accessible for guest use. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request.
Other items to note: the primary closet is locked off as an owner's closet but there are additional spaces to store your belongings in the primary bedroom. There is a possibility of exterior only security cameras on-site.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Port Orange is small city on the beach but is also very close to Ponce Inlet as well. Port Orange is quiet city between Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet and features mostly full-time residents with no hotels in the beach-side area of the city. Port Orange is home to Boondocks restaurant where you can casually dine alfresco on the river and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by. Nearby is the Ponce Preserve and many other parks. For Ponce Inlet dining you have many options just a quick drive or leisurely stroll away such as Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar just to name a few. Also a short drive away are attractions such as the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center.
