22 Oporto Guesthouse was born in 2017 to offer accommodation in the city of Porto
Located 800m from the historic center of Porto, next to the Faria Guimarães Metro station, it allows quick and easy access to the main sights of the city.
This private house, carefully decorated, was created for those who appreciate comfort and privacy combined with a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Completely refurbished, it has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, garden and free WIFI network throughout the house.
All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and wardrobe. The private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Beautiful home with outdoor garden
The property was lovely and accommodated our four couples perfectly. Fernando is a gracious and hospitable host. He provided great suggestions for nearby groceries and laundry. The walk to downtown is very direct and easily accessible. We enjoyed sitting outside in the garden after touring all day. The beds are so comfortable!! I highly recommend this property.

Ideal Family Rental in a Great Location
We traveled with our 3 adult children and their significant others for a family trip. We all had our private space with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom combo. The location is ideal - walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Very Comfortable. My wife & I and two other couples had a great stay @ this home. Communication with the owner, Fernando, was very smooth. He met us when we arrived and provided a thorough overview of the home along with providing an electronic document full of information. The home was very clean coupled with having the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking. Also loved the great shower pressure! Home is located an easy walk to the city center and very close to a metro station. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect family rental
We traveled with our 3 adult children for a family vacation. With 4 bedroom/bath combos, it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space! Fernando, our host, was meticulous with his check in process and had a thorough guide for our stay in Porto. Unfortunately our weather did not cooperate (rainy and cold) but the little outdoor space would’ve been perfect for an evening glass of wine. Overall, great location, easy walk to the center of town or easy Uber.

Wonderful 3 day stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this house! Fernando was amazing as a host; he was there to meet us when we arrived, and provided us with a detailed orientation about the house, as well as many things to do and places to eat in and around Porto. We especially loved the little outdoor area in the backyard; had breakfasts and after dinner drinks. Fernando is also a great communicator; always answering emails/questions prior to our arrival in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Fernando was a great host who provided great material about the rental property and surrounding areas prior to our visit. Perfect in Porto
This was a lovely property for a family reunion! We were 6 people. This place has 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each one, which was awesome. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a small private garden! Everything was impeccably clean and the property is modern (renovated recently) and comfortable. The host Fernando is very nice and super helpful. He provided maps and information on activities to do. It was really a perfect place!

Clean and spacious
We stayed with another couple and found the home to be more than spacious for our needs. We enjoyed spending time in the patio. Our host was helpful informing us of local businesses, restaurants and tourist sites. Access to the entire city is only a few Euros for an Uber ride.

Six of us had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well decorated. The backyard is terrific place to chill after a hard day of enjoying the Porto sights. Great place to stay in Porto!
We were utterly amazed by the quality of our experience at this VRBO. The host is so attentive to every detail and is so available if anything goes wrong. His digital guidebook to Porto, which he personally prepared just for his guests, was very helpful. There were six of us -- three couples -- and it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We walked most everywhere, didn't need a car. We were sad to leave!

A very good base for 4 couples
Our main criteria when booking for 4 couples was 4 en-suite double rooms. This house offered so much more. The location was excellent for getting around. It is only one stop from Trinidade station, which is a main transfer hub and has lines to and from the airport. Trinidad’s is walkable in about 7 minutes. The house had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend and we liked the sheltered outdoor area, where we ate breakfast. The bathrooms were all good with decent showers too. Keypad entry is useful when 8 people are staying. Fernando was very helpful and supplied a great guide to Porto and the area close to the property. We would recommend a stay here.
