"The hotel is in a great location! Super close to all the tourist spots. Also right next to São Bento Station. Room was great overall, big king size bed and a good amount of room for luggage. Loved that they had slippers and the hair dryer even had a diffuser for curly hair! There is an italian restaurant downstairs which had amazing food. And the breakfast option was also great with lots of options. My only complaints are the pillows felt cheap and would go flat. The shower would leak water...

"We had one of the modern rooms so didn’t feel the “castle” feeling in our room. The grounds and breakfast room were very beautiful though. Ours was a plain room, but overall comfortable, with heating, and pretty spacious for 3 of us. we had a few ants in the bathroom and on the beds though since our arrival.
