Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average.

Lovely views of the ocean and the city from the grounds and the room (for the seaview room at least). Great location (2 min walk to the Historic Center), lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, steady internet. Recommend!

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

Hotel com estrutura antiga, mas clássica. Precisando de uma manutenção, principalmente no deck das piscinas. De positivo, a localidade, dentro do Centro histórico e de um mirante sem igual. Uma dos poucos hotéis com comidade para estacionamento (os demais hotéis/pousadas, na sua maioria não tem estacionamento, ocupando as vias da orla de Porto Seguro, saturando esses espaços). O café da manhã, dentro do padrão. É um prédio clássico e espaçoso. Com um bom custo benefício.

Incrível muito bom, paisagens lindas, funcionários muito atenciosos com exersao de um funcionario da recepção que dificultou a entrada em uma das nossas reserva, na qual os hospedes eram duas crianças e sua avó, alegando falta de pegamento tivemos que pagar outra reserva e no dia seguinte foi confirmado que a reserva ja estava paga a algum tempo e levou mais 3 dias para extornar o pagamento.
