"The hotel staff are fantastic, especially the bar staff. The cleaners came every day and we very good. The hotel was lovely and quiet, not much to do, but we prefer it like that as my children have SEN needs. The only negative was the cold pool and the lift constantly breaking. "

"Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."

"The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. "Whilst not in Cala d’or but Cala egos, the 30 minute walk is picturesque passing a beach and extensive marina .DIrect buses or taxis are conveniently located. Reception staff were helpful, and other staff pleasant. This is a large complex split into various blocks and areas with apartments either located around the pools, stage area or away from these central areas. "A great location, and loved the room with the extra terrace space. The pool area was great and the food at the bar area was always delicious. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and when we had a small issue with our door lock they fixed it straight away. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils). "We stayed in Winter, so the area was very quiet. The hotel itself is clean, great food and convenient. It is a fairly modern building and the dining areas was a big sterile. When we visited, most guests seemed to be German speaking. "

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "
