You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Central and convenient with private parking

This newly refurbished 2 bed apartment offers private off road parking, but not suitable for those with limited mobility it is split over two levels on the first and second floor.
* large living room with dining, work and play and large lounge area with sofa bed

* fully equipped separate kitchen

* master bedroom can be set up as either twin or super king, the other room is a double

* bathroom has been newly fitted with a shower over the bath

The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road Parking for one car is included additional cars are charged

We are trying to do our bit for the environment
Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don't throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.
We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties without prior agreement. The apartment is in a residential block and can sleep a max of 4 single people (one per bed and sofa). No Smoking No Parties, No stag or hen groups. At least one person must be over 25. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.

Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issue immediately.

We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.
