"In addition to being a beautiful person, Emanuella was fantastic in helping us as needed. Breathtaking views. Dinner was excellent (esp the steak) despite being a little pricey. Steps are tough upon arriving. Rec calling ahead to ask for assistance if hv learge luggage. When leaving, nice man will carry ur bags up the stairs so tip accordingly. Highly recommend. "

Front desk assistance was friendly, thoughtful and competent. The property furnishings are very traditional, and it lacks certain modern touches, but it had everything needed for a lovely stay in Positano. "

"This hotel’s location is perfect. It’s about a seven minute walk down to the beach. The balcony’s look over one of the main strips with shops and restaurants. Very walkable area. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They assisted us with booking a day trip to Almalfi, and they always asked how our stay was going when they greeted us in the lobby. Breakfast and the cappuccinos were delicious! "
