"When i went to check-in, i was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned, i was told it would be 30 minutes, it was an hour later before i was told it was clean, I went out to eat and when i returned, had to call the desk to find out why my room had no water. I understand there was a repair, but it also means we had to wait 30 more minutes before using the tub that is the reason I choose that bedroom. and when the water came back on, it was orange and full of sediment. Will not be back, the front desk on Saturday seemed like he could care less what happened"

"Parking was quite congested, although we did not only one other thinghave a trouble finding parking it made it more difficult because there was a restaurant like next door who was also using some of the hotels parking. Staff most excellent, very courteous and polite and professional. The next time I come to Wichita what should be in 6 months or so I will definitely stay here"
