From the start to the end, this is a truly excellent hotel. The staff were all so charming and hospitable, and the hotel and amenities were unquestionably exquisite. This hotel made our stay in Prague amazing, and on our return, whenever that may be, there will be only one choice as to where we’ll be staying! Highly recommended indeed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is perfectly located at the end of the Charles Bridge and walkable to most tourist sites in Prague. The rooms are large and have everything one needs. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are good and the restaurant has outdoor seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

I wish I could give 5 stars! The stay was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
However, the check-in process needs revision. We waited two hours after check-in time for our room to be ready—unacceptable in itself—but made worse by the fact that it was merely an error in their electronic system that prints your cards. Check-in should be optionally through the electric kiosk OR at the front desk across the street. Really doesn’t make sense to not have an in person back-up option for checking in.

"Its was a very nice hotel in swiss montains ...very quiet after just open after winter ...never understand when hotel ask me to be evo friendly and save towels ..then give me 2 new soap and new slippers all wrapped in plastic in my 5 day stay ...
