"I was highly impressed with this hotel. Both front desk employees I interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful with providing me with information about the hotel, navigating it and breakfast. The morning person kindly took my two Easter cards and placed them in the outgoing mail. I appreciated that because I already had to locate the UPS store for an Amazon return (conveniently close by) and I'd not seen a post office during my two days in town. The room was nice and exceptionally clean. I was very comfortable during my stay. I observed housekeeping interactions with other guest, and they were equally helpful and kind. Breakfast was a typical expectation, but the waffle batter was delicious and there was real butter available. They yogurt was one of my favorites, Activa, with three flavors. The fruits, apple and banana, were fresh. The machines and area were clean. There were different types of juice or water. I noticed a variety of muffins, too. Although I elected to do laundry the day before my stay, I took a look and there was one of each machine. The hotel was mostly quiet during the evening, night and morning. I will be in Prescott again in December and plan to stay here again."
