"My stay at Bungalows was my first ever stay at a hostel and Carnell, Kenyana, and Imani made the experience so nice that I ended up extending another six days. They were all friendly and effusive, but I interacted the most with Carnell who was on duty during my stay the longest. "My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful."
