"House is located right next to the river. Very peaceful place with excellent views of the river and mountains. What we liked House was clean. Kitchen has good quality utensils and plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nice front porch and couple of sun rooms. Communication with property manager was excellent. Almost real time. Things to be aware of 1. Taller/bigger guests may find the place somewhat uncomfortable. 2. There is well water. So water and house smells of sulphur 3. Short...

"Very clean, owner had great communication, great proximity to New River Gorge. Cabin was clean & fresh (no musty smells), well stocked, well taken care of. Definitely recommend. "

"This cabin was wonderful and the booking was easy. The host Billie was also excellent with communication. It is a slight challenge to get up the hill to the cabin but as long as you have 4 wheel or AWD you should be fine. My teens and I loved our stay and would definitely stay again."

"Comfy beds and close to restaurants. Only complaint is that the power went out for several hours shortly after we checked in to the motel on Saturday night. Thankfully the power came back on several hours later. Would be great if they would compensate (refund!!) guests for the inconvenience!! "

"The hotel itself was great, but the school groups staying were a nuisance. Could have planned more food for everyone staying for breakfast as the students went through almost everything before we got down to breakfast. Perfect stay

"Booked for a wedding nearby, travelled in from the U.K. and the receptionist was really helpful finding us a room a little earlier than official check in time. Room was warm (it was -9 outside!), very clean and tidy and good decorative order. We had a fridge and microwave, 2 big beds which were very comfortable, and lots of other facilities. We liked Elliot’s bar and grill, great food and really lovely staff. All hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for price, staff, amenities and comfort. "
