"Very nice stay overall. It is historic so there are older fixtures in the hotel, but it was very clean. We did have an issue with the mini fridge not working and the toilet tank was leaking some water, but staff took care of it quickly after we reported it. The location is very close to museums and there were plenty of food options nearby. "

"Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The elevators could use an update- they were slow and there are only 3 to go up 20 flights. Once there’s an event in one of the dining halls the elevators are jammed! But honestly otherwise the hotel was minimal thrills and just offered clean and good service. It’s close to practically everything and we walked everywhere while we were in town. "

"We loved everything about this hotel. Staff was amazing. The area felt INCREDIBLY safe. It was easy to catch an Uber, but it was close enough to walk to a lot of things as well. We checked our bags the day we checked out so we could grab lunch before heading to Milwaukee. That was a mistake and it took forever to retrieve our items. Everything else was fantastic though."
