Romantic Oceanfront Cottage - Stunning Ocean and Sunset Views!

Kick back in paradise in this beautifully secluded one bedroom one and a half bathroom waterfront cottage on the Chalk Sound Peninsula -one of the most beautiful sights In Providenciales! Chalk Sound is an upscale residential area, which is 20 minutes away from the main tourist areas (Grace Bay). You can retreat to peace and tranquility in this private standalone hideaway which is strategically elevated on a 40 ft ridge to capture the sparkling waters of Silly Creek merging with the Caribbean Sea. The cottage is spacious, private and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and comforts of home.

You can sunbathe on the upper balcony or lounge poolside beneath the brightest stars. From the lower floor patio, you can listen to the soothing sound of the rustling waters.

The cottage is set among natural foliage with a native stone staircase winding down to the water which is excellent for kayaking, paddleboarding, picnicking, fishing or just simply lounging. Kayak, beach towels/chairs/umbrella and other equipment are available on the property. You will also find a captivating outdoor shower sheltered by nature and a small beach perfect for lounging.

Whilst staying at Silly Creek Cottage, you can walk, run or cycle the entire 4 miles of the Chalk Sound peninsula, lounge all day by the private pool or, explore the turquoise waters and tiny cays by ocean kayak. You can also swim the spectacular Sapodilla Bay Beach which is just moments away or enjoy sipping on something cool whilst watching the sunset. You will be so pampered and spoilt you will not want to leave....

Amazing Views and private area
Amazing cottage, enjoyed every minute we were in it. The views are outstanding, just sitting in the sofa you can see the ocean and the silly creek area. Everything better than described. Total privacy with an amazing view and close enough to Grace Bay with a great beach Taylor Bay beach just 5 minutes away. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that if we go back to Turks we will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property is better than what photos show. If you’re thinking about it just do it, as you won’t regret it! The paddle board and kayak truly enhanced our experience as did the pool. We will be back!

Better than promised in the listing!
We loved our stay at Silly Creek Cottage. The check in process was simple, the cottage is easy to find and on Google maps. The views make this cottage one of a kind but the layout, comfortable bed, updated walk in shower, warm pool and luscious landscaping put it over the top. We rent VRBO often (one other time in TCI) and this is our favorite rental yet.

Privacy is what you’re looking for?
It was very quiet and private, not a lot of extra busyness. We loved enjoying our time here for the privacy away from all of the Grace Bay traffic, and when we felt like dinner/shopping we would make the 20min drive to Grace Bay Area. FYI… if you are a DrPepper drinker, only one store offers it, GRACEWAY GOURMET. Loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

The best spot in Provo!
We have returned to Silly Creek four times in four years. We absolutely love our time at Silly Creek Cottage and the incredible hospitality of the owners, the solitude and quiet, and the close proximity to the ocean. It is by far the best value in Provo - we have stayed in Grace Bay and other spots and we always return here. Simply the best!

Beautiful peacful house
The view is amazing and the house was perfect for just the two of us. Beware the stairs to the beach are difficult to navigate without a railing. The trek down them is worth it but coming back up is definitely tricky if you have short legs like me.

Far from Madding Crowd
Us two city mice looked for a little peace and quiet and found it in this charming cottage. It is nicely designed, well equipped house with a spectacular view and even an affectionate roving kitty for entertainment and snuggles. The pool was most welcome from the heat of the day.

A peaceful slice of heaven
Chalk Sound is a remote part of the island where you can find peace, quiet and solitude. The 1 bedroom cottage was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed exploring the crystal clear waters on the kayak and paddleboard that were provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils to prepare meals. The pool was perfect for a little dunk when it got hot. The lush walk down to the water’s edge was so tropical. And the outdoor shower was a fun surprise! This is a lovely place for a quiet and romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

Paradise Getaway
Outstanding property. Time to be alone and enjoy each others company, with the tranquility of Chalk Sound. Would encourage you to enjoy the house and property. La Bries restaurant is close if you need a meal. Grocery shopping was easy at IGA , and the house has all the needs for cooking. Heather was an outstanding host. A great way to enjoy Turk & Caicos.

Stunning views and total privacy!
Absolutely loved staying at this property. It is a ways down Chalk Sound but once you get there you have lots of seclusion thanks to very few properties around you and lots of greenery separating properties. We kayaked and SUP and had lots of time to enjoy the pool. We did get a little unlucky with the electricity going out the first night due to a storm but we would def come back. I would request the owner upgrade the cooler though to something with a handle.

Charming Silly Creek Cottage
Definitely matched all of comments from the reviews. We stayed 7 days and our only regret was not splitting the week with 3-4 nights in Grace Bay. Unfortunately, both Taylor and Sopadilla beaches were covered in sargassum seaweed so we preferred the beaches in Grace Bay. There are also very few dining options on this side of the island so we spent considerable time driving back and forth which kind of got old midway through our stay. If your looking for privacy and prefer cooking in than you won’t be disappointed with this cottage.

Perfect Getaway
Silly Creek cottage was perfect for our honeymoon. We rented a jeep so we loved that we could adventure around the island but were away from the hustle and bustle for our stay. Pictures don’t do the area justice. Would definitely stay again. Taylor Bay was the perfect beach spot. We enjoyed our little guest, Mr. Whiskers as we named it. Ran out of food so we grabbed another bag. I know others have said about the cat trying to get into the cottage, but we never had that issue. Just cried at the door to fill the food bowl.

Such a gem!
This is our second time staying here and we already booked our third for next year! If that isn’t positive enough, this place is a true gem in the chalk sound area. The views are simply amazing, especially sunsets. Kayak out to nearly private beaches with the most amazing water in the world. We saw sharks (little cute ones) and turtles while kayaking silly creek. The pool (installed since our previous stay) is a fabulous addition. The remodeled kitchen is well appointed and perfect. We also love how it is tucked behind a large rock making it incredibly private. We had great communication with Heather. Can’t wait to be back next year!
