Hotel was within walking distance to most amenities. Staff was very helpful as they provided a map with places to visit around the hotel. Room was cleaned daily and was safe as well. The only thing I would consider is you have to use the stairs since there is no elevator. Staff was very helpful at the front desk as they helped us with laundry assistance as well as transportation to the airport early in the morning. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Beds are a bit hard for me and pillows too soft. Had a great time during our 7 day stay.

Beautiful, very large, charming rooms. Excellent value. Great location. On the downside it was noisy outside at night (maybe due to time of year) and the room has no AC or fan. There is no elevator so if that is an issue for the traveler, they should be aware. The staff go out of their way to greet and assist the guests.

This hotel is located in a Spanish colonial building that served as a boarding house for newly arrived Spaniards coming to Nueva Espana in the 1700s. Our room had 15' high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the street below. The bathroom was larger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! While the amenities are very basic (weak wifi, old keys, flat pillows), the experience of staying in such a classic building outweighed any negatives. In addition, the price was very good. Highly recommended for more adventurous travelers who aren't so picky about modern-day conveniences.

si te gustan las casonas antiguas, es ideal, la habitacion muy amplia con techo muy alto, la nuestra contaba con un balcon con vista a una calle del centro, que a pesar de haber algunos bares muy cerca, no se escucha nada en la habitacion. Unico que me fatlo, fue un a o dos almohadas extras, ya que la cama solo cuenta con dos. Aunque aclaro, que no la solicite tampoco. El recepcionista servicial y amable, nos recibio muy bien la madrugada del 16 de noviembre. Para estacionar el coche,tienen convenio con un estacionamiento que esta a unos metros, se paga $150.00 por toda tu estadia en el hotel.

Casa antigua muy bonita pero muy descuidada, falta de mantenimiento a los baños, no hay servicio de alimentos. El piso de madera rechina a cada paso. Urgente que se remodele pues su ubicación es muy buena aunque la zona es bulliciosa.

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación si lo que se desea es conocer la parte histórica de Puebla, salir caminando a conocer lo mejor del centro y de ahí tomar medios de transporte turísticos y recorrer las zonas deseadas es muy buena opción este Hotel Es un lugar modesto, sin lujos, sin elevador, sin aparatos de aire acondicionado, de pocas habitaciones, pero de muy buena atención y ubicación
