It was a good experience stayed for 6 nights with kids everybody enjoyed but there was very less options for indian vegetarian food so we suggest them to put some vegetarian options in lunch and dinner.

The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained with really good amenities. Unfortunately, we found the food to be very unimpressive, perhaps because the focus seemed to be on quantity and diversity of food types rather than overall quality. We just stayed 11 nights at the Ventus Ha with our 3 children (8, 10, 12) and had the most memorable experience. The property is on the north side of the road and provides access to the Marina El Cid as well as the Ventus El Cid, plus all of their respective amenities, restaurants, bars and pools. The Ventus Ha itself is the most serine and modern of the 3. The fact that it is across the road made it more secluded and private almost, and the other properties were easily accessible by “carrito” (golf carts) which are readily available on request. The Marina (1st built) provided an excellent typical Mexican resort energy with full buffet breakfast every morning until 11:30 and a family friendly party atmosphere with swim up bar, daily pool entertainment, water slide and cliff dive. The Ventus (2nd built) was an amazing in between feel, again, very family friendly with a huge main pool with waterfalls, and 2 additional infinity pools, 1 of which being adult only. It also was where the main lunch spot could be found, named Mercado de Dolores. The Mercado had an abundance of options for everyone, almost like a food court with Mexican, Italian, Asian and many more options like custom crepe station, ceviche bar and much more. Full service was provided at all dining establishments. Various dinner options available by reservation too. Washrooms and towels were always within steps of where we were, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back!! ¡Hasta luego!

This is a great resort. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool are gorgeous, the food is good and the staff is very nice. However, the bed was uncomfortable , there was no comforter and it seems like they are cutting corners from my previous stay. Regardless, for the price, it can't be beat. It is a great resort with nice amenities.

Tuvimos un viaje familiar y disfrutamos mucho la estadía en este Resort, recomiendo ampliamente. En general todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial, sin embargo, en los restaurantes con reservaciones como el Marina y El Italiano sugiero que mejoren la atención ya que en ambas reservaciones nos apresuraban a comer porque ya iban a cerrar y la actitud de los meseros no fue tan grata, fuera de eso todo lo demás estuvo increíble.

It was considered low season this time of the month so not all restaurants are open. Also, lots of sargassum which makes the beach smell bad. I also didn’t like that they try to get you to attend a time share presentation. Housekeeping was excellent and they keep your mini fridge well stocked and the mini chocolates surprise in the evening is such a sweet gesture 😊.

Food was great overall, you won't get access to all the restaurants, but if you choose Mexican, Mediterranean and Japanese, you will have great food. Hotel room was beautiful and clean and with a beautiful view. Pools are nice as well as the bars. As it has a Marina, and a Delphinus you can take water tours from the marina and swim with the dolphins. If you're an ocean and beach lover, this is not for you, beach is horrible they have sand bags in the water so you can't bath and it stinks horribly, they remove the seaweed from the beach but leave it on the sides to rotten and the smell is horrible. Also, if you like to go out and explore or go to a nice beach or shopping, rent a car, even if it's just for part of your stay. Transportation is really pricey. A bonus, there are crocodiles and water lilies at the Akat restaurant, that was beautifull
