If your typical expectation of an all-inclusive is that the food is “good not great”, then this is the place to go. Food is nothing short of impressive. You’ll find not a single drink diluted. Great service. A resort brilliantly thought out, with lots of plants and trees, let along the cafe that looks over a mangrove. I love that we were just a 5-min walk from the other resorts, which are more louder and busier. This way, you get the best of both worlds. We will be back! Well done to all the staff at Ventus Ha as well as the other sister resorts - brilliant experience ❤️

Pros: The service and staff were fantastic, and I liked being able to access all 3 resorts. They all had a different feel and were easy to access. Cons: There were many areas that were 18 , yet I had to pay adult fees for my 14 & 15 year old. The food was just ok - not great, but not terrible. We had the platinum level but I really didn't see much of a benefit.

Amazing property with lots of pool and jacuzzi options. Property is HUGE so be prepared to walk or wait for a ride at lobby. Lots of really good food options. Even though it does have some construction noise, it’s relatively minimum. Swimming beach is not the best, there is a nice beach within walking distance. Definitely will be back

This is our second time staying here. The food is good, our room was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids 10,12&13 had the best time. The beach isn’t perfect but we always had fun, it’s clean and spacious enough. We stayed at Ha and enjoyed how peaceful it is and easy enough to pop over to Ventus or Marina whenever we want. Can’t wait to go back.

The resort is lovely Staff wonderful Food much improved from 2 years ago, maybe it’s me? However, a guest in our party got a chemical burn on her thigh, due to pool light cleaning with caustic chemicals during the day and heavy use time! Couldn’t the chemicals be used at night? Or use signage as a warning The guest had to visit the onsite doctor, big $$$ and strict instructions The doctor was very skilled This is not acceptable, such a heath threatening process performed around guests? It’s shocking really I do understand the forest/critters/molds have to be dealt with regularly, but around guests, that’d be a violation in most countries.
