Amazing stay! WiFi is a bit wonky, and our stay was during the off-season so the restaurant was closed, but I am amazed with the staff. We felt very safe with the gate security there, and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We love the place little far from the malecón but it’s ok. They charge for visitor if they get in the swimming pool. Not good cuz we already paying for the room. Two towels for three people. Horrible internet service.

They have security 24 hrs. Nice entrance lobby amazing huge pool with a water fall. Nice cold a/c huge t.v. Would stay here again next time we come. Staff is very polite and professional.

While the property was clean, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool, several of the mentioned amenities - made to order breakfast, bar etc - were non existent. But the hotel management was gracious to refund part of the payment when we complained about these missing facilities.
