"So let's go with the positives first. Beautiful property. Nice and green beautiful actually on a huge acreage. But I was expecting a five-star hotel so things missing hot tub and a Jacuzzi that was only available inside a gym not by the pools for people to enjoy it. Usually in resorts that's a standard. The only drawback is it is approximately 30 plus minutes from San Juan so plan on getting a rental car or paying a lot for Ubers. "Our stay from check-in to check-out was amazing. The employees outside are welcoming and the staff at the front desk greet you with a smile. Rooms are cleaned daily and they provide amenities such as makeup removers and mouthwash. The bar has delicious drinks and the service at the pool and beach is superb. We were lucky to experience a concert in the lobby where guests were dancing and singing together. We were sad to leave but the cookie from La Concha made it a little better. We cannot wait...

"The hotel was excellent and Hiram took extra care to handle any issue we had. One thing that would stop us from coming back is not related to the property, but the frequent power outages that can interrupt any plans you make. We had to severely curtail our plans for a couple of days because of that. What was surprising is that those who live there were so used to it, that we never knew that the island was without power until we traveled all the way to the mall, only to find out it was closed....
