" The only thing I would complain about is the Rui App. The app wasn’t user friendly. We tried making reservations for the restaurants and did not get! It was disappointing,but over all we had a beautiful experience. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay!"

"The staff were friendly. The Entertainment staff were cheerful and made great efforts to keep us engaged. The drinks were a bit sweet. I did see a cockroach in one of the restaurants, but it is the tropics, so there will be bugs. The food was delicious. loved that the in room fridge was stocked with beer. Unfortunately we always had to ask for face cloths. Going in the slow season meant there were always lawn chairs available."

"Everything was very nice, room was beautiful we got the swim up suite. And the grounds were also very nice. The only thing I’d say wasn’t too good was the food, the buffet was great but the dining restaurants were mid. The drinks also could have been better/had better liquors to choose from considering we had the diamond package. Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay "

"Our nanny Deborah was amazing, she kids loved her. The owner is such a kind, down to earth person. The staff were incredible, they made us feel welcome and were so sweet with our kids.
