"The hotel is located right on the beach. We rented the Lower apartment which was hugh with a large kitchen dinning area and a very large bedroom with 2 doubles and a twin bed with a bathroom off of the room. There was a large private deck which had inadequate seating but there was a communal patio with some large chairs and an umbrella for shade. "We have vacationed in Mexico about 5 times, but this was our first time in Puerto Vallarta. Out of all the resorts we have been to, this one had the most attentive staff with the best customer service. Our room was on the 9th floor, and the most public elevators were undergoing some maintenance, so we were required to use the service elevators. I wonder if we got to our floor quicker with the lesser traffic. We got to our room & immediately turned down the temperature. Our room stayed 24-26C,...
