"Amazing stay at Skyrim. Quick 15 mins into the main restaurant area or a quick 5 min drive in. The lodge is brand new and very welled thought out. Great location and beautifully decorated. Communication with hotel made the checking process easy. Love the dark sky experience and glad we stayed at Skyrim since it was close by. Walking distance to lake Tekapo is also a huge highlight. "We loved staying here. Very quiet, owners are wonderful. Kitchen available to cook in for dinner. Breakfast provided in the morning, eggs available to cook yourself, cereal, yogurt and even had GF bread available. Grocery store very close drive. Owners were easy to correspond with before stay. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how cute and quaint the Ahuriri Motels in Omarama were. Checking in late at night was easy since we sent an email beforehand letting them know we would be arriving late. The staff provided clear instructions for how to find our unit. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The bathroom was nice, and although the motel wasn't super luxurious, it was well-kept and clean. We really enjoyed our one-night stay during our road trip and appreciated the relaxing break it provided. Wish we could have stayed longer!"
