I was upgraded to a swim up room , very happy about it. The resort is beautiful with many activities. The food is good but could be excellent if the cook knows what how to cook and training the other people who work in the kitchen. The fishes and meat with no taste and dry.

We were a group of 10 of a mix of kids and adults. We felt well taken care of by the staff, we loved the vibes the buffet breakfast and lunch spread were great! The Tiano restaurant for. Bday dinner is perfect ! Beach access right by the pool area is convenient and great for families. The staff from guest experience, bartenders, pool attendants, reception were all warm and always happy to help make your experience memorable. Entertainment by the pool and in the evening activities were all so much fun for kids and parents we loved it!

Had a great 4 night stay at the Esmeralda. Staff were extremely nice. The butler Manuel was great about making everything go smoothly with our vacation. Caucus was a great restaurant! The a la carte are so, so. Food could be better but staff is amazing. Yurta is our favorite! We had so much expectation for M.E.A.T. But left a tad disappointed. We’ll definitely come back. We were a family of 5 which consist of a 1.5 year old. We came back all healthy and relaxed.

One thing I would say the property should start to invest in halal food…you have a big Muslim population that would love to come to your country but the lack of halal food is a deterrent from coming .

We came here for a girls trip and had the absolute best time ever. This was our second time at the resort and will be back. Shout out to the entertainment staff (Hector, Bubalu, Jose, Mauro, Warderson, Ezequeil and Ang) for making the trip so much fun. The staff at the buffets, bars, front desk and even the pool staff were amazing. The food was exceptional!

This was a dream vacation. You can walk to the pools, the buffets, or to the beach. The entertainment crew always kept us having fun. They danced with us and taught us how to dance. Or they sat with us and chatted. Miguel and Hector were two of my favorites. They are so friendly and fun. The bell boy Wider was so kind! He was eager to show us around, giving us a tour before and after he helped us out take our luggage upstairs. When we lost our luggage (due to our own miscommunication) he was quick to find them. He always greeted us in the lobby and asked how we were doing.
