"Excellent hotel, to a good standard commensurate with what you might expect for 4star. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be close to loads of bars and shops it’s a good 20min walk, but we were happy with that. Whilst the pool area isn’t huge it’s well proportioned and there were always loungers available. It’s also very close to the beach. We enjoyed a morning at the spa which was also of a good standard."

"Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. "We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea."

"Due to my mistake we missed our flight home . The manager was very helpful she booked a new flight for us printed off the details,arranged a new transfer and found us a room for the night. She couldn't have been more helpful and all the staff were very sympathetic towards Ive read negative reviews about the Goya and they do not deserve it they try very hard to please you...some people like to find fault. we would definatly go back next year."
