"The location of the unit is ideal for visiting attractions in the Bay of Islands. Its a lovely walk into town and the wharf, the beach is literally at the end of the street. The unit is well equipped and spacious to make your stay enjoyable, things like beach towels and pantry condiments were much appreciated. All the beds were comfortable, the sofa beds were surprisingly good. The communication with the onsite person was excellent and very helpful. We would love to stay here again"

"We were fortunate to have the property pretty much to ourselves so it was blissfully quiet and worth the 10 minute drive to Russell. We treasure little bolt holes like this. It's a little rustic and unmanicured but this is its charm and is still well kitted out and very comfortable. Our dogs were in heaven with lots of room to run around, explore and swim. "Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty.
