The house is built entirely of stone and is up 4-5 people habitable. It has about 80 m² living space with 2 bedrooms and a loft, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. The large kitchen is fully furnished and has an open fireplace and air conditioning. On the approximately 20 sqm large balcony an old olive tree is integrated. The house stands on about 1000 sqm.
In the garden are beautiful old olive trees. Since April 2018 there is a pool, which is accessible from the terrace.

An Amazing place for your holidays!
A fantastic place to stay! The house is near everywhere, few minutes from the major beaches, next to koroni. A fantastic view of the sea. Our children enjoyed the pool very much and we all enjoyed the house!! Very clean with everything a family needs. The owner provide us with all the information about the area, very kind and helpful We really enjoyed our time there and we will absolutely return soon!!!

A holiday in the Villa I only can recommend to everyone. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children in the villa. The equipment was good, especially pleased us the dishwasher. The pool was perfect and the owners are incredibly hospitable. Thanks a lot.

A beautiful place, full of lovely people, surrounded by nature
We had 11 days at Giorgios house and we wished we could have stayed longer. Giorgios and his wife Terpsi were amazing hosts. They brought us wine, olives, geapes and olive oil to welcome us on our first visit to Greece. The house is surrounded by nature and we felt very welcome. There's lots to do but you definitely need a car. There is a local taverna which is also lovely. We will be vack!

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum und wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit, mit all den Annehmlichkeiten im Haus und natürlich dieser schöne Pool, ist natürlich hervorzuheben. Jorgos ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Mensch und hat uns immer wieder überrascht. Der Wein, das leckere Olivenöl und die schmackhaften Oliven, die er uns unverhofft vorbeigebracht hat. Er ist ein sehr guter Vermieter und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Haus ist wunderschön und alles ist wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, die Umgebung ist unglaublich entspannt und das Meer ist wirklich nicht weit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und möchten uns nochmal bei Jorgos bedanken. Probiert die Oliven und das leckere Olivenöl. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein kleines Paradies für Ruhe Suchende
Ein Paradies für diejenigen die Erholung suchen und die Stille der Natur genießen wollen. Da in den zwei Nachbarhäusern sehr ruhige und nette Menschen wohnten, hatten wir null Umgebungslärm, nur die Zirkaden waren leicht im Hintergrund zu hören. Einfach perfekt. Kein Autolärm etc. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nur für die paar Häuser des Eigentümers errichtet. Ich kann nur für unsere 14 Tage schreiben.! Wir, ein Ehepaar waren Ende Juli für 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus und sind sehr begeistert gewesen. Es war alles so wie wir uns es erhofft hatten. Das Haus war sehr sauber, und mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht (außer scharfe Messer) und es hat auch alles funktioniert was wir benötigten. Filterkaffe Maschine, Toaster, Elektroherd mit Rohr, Kühlgefrierkombi, Klima und die Waschmaschine. Was in Griechenland nicht immer einwandfrei ist, ist der Wasserdruck, der aber war richtig stark. Gut zum Duschen im Inneren als auch an der Außendusche. Ein super, perfekt funktionierender Griller Marke Eigenbau stand uns im Garten zur Verfügung, den wir auch stark nutzten. Der betonierte 24m² Pool, 1,4m tiefe war immer eine gute Abkühlung, die wir in den Abendstunden sehr genossen und diesen auf der großen, voll überdachten Terrasse ausklingen ließen. Der Besitzer Giorgios kam persönlich alle paar Tage vorbei und machte den Pool sauber und fit. Er hatte auch immer ein freundliches Wort über. Er besorgte uns auch noch einige Dinge die wir für zuhause mitnehmen wollten. Danke Jorgos für die super schöne und ruhige Zeit die wir in deinem Haus verbringen durften. Auch schöne Grüße an Terpsi...

Auch dieses Haus können wir absolut empfehlen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird hier fündig. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht - Georgios kümmert sich auch hier liebevoll, falls noch Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Terrasse hat einen genialen Ausblick auf Land, Meer und die Mani. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und war damit immer erfrischend und hat zum längeren verweilen auf gefordert. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit - wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder 🙂

Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Straße zum Haus ist schmal.Das Haus ist so wie es in der Beschreibung steht .Es ist sauber und gepflegt.Sehr schöne ruhige Gegend und bestens geeignet zum spazieren gehen auch mit Hund. Zum Strand benötigt man einen PKW den man dann in 30 Minuten erreicht hat, oder man gibt sich mit den Pool am Haus zufrieden. Wir wurden vom Vermieter freundlich und herzlich empfangen, der Vermieter spricht auch deutsch und sein olivenöl ist das beste. Familie Wagner-Fassouli

Verbleibende Urlaubseindrücke
Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.hat alles was man braucht.Klima funktioniert top.Küche und Wohnzimmer ist. ein gr. Raum .Ein Schlafzimmer ist das Bett größer. Im andere Schlafzimmer ist das Bett leider sehr klein ca. Nicht für Erwachsene ausgerichtet. Unsere größeren beiden Kinder haben drin geschlafen und das war zu klein und musste einer auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Das ist natürlich ein Problem wenn man früh aufsteht und in die Küche geht. Zum offenen Dachgeschoß, ist ein Bett, auch nicht ganz so groß. Da ist es aber sehr heiß. Vorsicht bei Regen! Hat es bei uns herein geregnet. Bis ins EG herunter.Wir beide haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder hingehen, aber für 4,bzw 5Personen ist es nicht ausgerichtet. Der Hammer ist natürlch der Pool, sehr frisch, aber ne super Abkühlung schon vor dem Frühstück.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison, bien équipée. Nous avons adoré la piscine, le calme et la vue. Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. A une dizaine de minutes en voiture de Koroni.

Super Urlaub und optimale Erholung!
Wir waren Anfang Juli in dem Ferienhaus und sind sehr begeistert gewesen. Es hat alles gestimmt. Bereits der erste Kontakt in Deutschland war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In Griechenland angekommen lief ebenfalls alles super an. Die Eigentümer sprechen sehr gut deutsch sodass wir jederzeit gut kommunizieren konnten und sind zudem sehr sehr freundlich! Das Haus ist sauber, mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht und es hat auch alles funktioniert. Der Pool ist groß und sauber...auf dem Anwesen hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Wer also Erholung sucht, findet sie dort in vollem Maße! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
