Overall my stay was good, its my second time, staff are respectful and nice, view is wow, spa outside beautiful experience in winter, many amenities ans activities available, rooms are clean but i would ask for better cleaning and bath room needs renovations also. Overall i love my stay with my husband and my friends and i recommend it also!

Greeted by a grumpy teenager. Room wasn’t ready until 5pm When we finally got them, Fridge was leaking and TV wasn’t working Small TVs with cable only Rooms are seriously old and shabby. Mold everywhere in the bathrooms. We were given the wrong prices for the restaurant and had to argue over a 250$ breakfast tab

J'aime le manoir, car l'hôtel a un certain standing dans des prix qui sont encore raisonnables, pour l'extraordinaire environnement autour, le restaurant plein de fenêtres avec vue sur le lac, et surtout, pour la partie bains à remous, intérieurs et extérieurs, hammam et sauna. C'est pour cette dernière raison que je reviens dans cet hôtel. Le staff est aussi très aimable. Merci pour le bon service!

I stayed here for a two day conference. Overall, it’s lovely. Clean, comfortable, good food for all the meals. Even the vegetarian options were good, which is often not the case at large events. The only major downside was that there is no soundproofing at all from the adjourning room. The man in the room next to us was a business man and was on his phone all night. We could literally hear the answers from the person he was speaking to on the phone.

Enjoyed our stay 30 years ago! The same this time! Great location with lots to do in a beautiful setting. Only negative is small bathroom and our wooden deck and balcony in urgent need of repairs as rotted wood and visible holes would not be seen once snow arrives. This issue is extremely dangerous!

Quiet retreat
Nice location next to a lake but 20-30 minutes outside Quebec City if that’s where you’re headed. Property is a little dated. Jean at the front desk was excellent.
