"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. "Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über der Promenade. Wer Ruhe sucht für den ist es eher nichts. unsere Vermieterin war jederzeir ansprechbar, jedoch mussten wir bei 4 übernachtungen schon 1200 Euro zahlen und im Oktober war es zudem nicht mehr ganz so warm somit wurde anstandslos die Heizung angestellt jedoch mussten wir für 2 Tage heizen nochmal 20 Euro Heizkosten zahlen. Nicht gerade freundlich zumal wir die Wohnung nur morgens und abends genutzt haben. "

A shower had been removed from the top bathroom, which we were not informed about, making our stay difficult as we were two adult couples and all had to share a shower downstairs. "This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."
