Wir kommen nie wieder!
Das „Luxus“ - Zimmer war einfach nur hundekalt. 1x kam eine Hausdame ohne Erfolg, 2x kam ein Techniker und tauschte die Regler aus (!) — ohne Erfolg, um 23:00 Uhr haben wir zusätzliche Zudecken bestellt - auf Nachfrage um 0:10: Es gibt keine Decken. Wir bekommen Wolldecken. Auch in Hochzeiten von Corona: Das Personal trägt keine Masken und achtet nicht auf Mindestabstand. Und das Beste: Dass das Spa etwas kostet, wird einem nicht gesagt. Für eine Stunde 2 Erwachsene rund 30 Euro? Das zahlt man nirgendwo in Minsk! Selbst für die einjährige Tochter mussten für für das Spa zahlen. Anzocke, schlecht gemacht. Nie wieder. Es gibt genügend Alternativen in Minsk!!! Pluspunkt: Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Essen gut.

Далеко от центра, если Вы без машины, то добираться не удобно. Рядом трасса. Персонал не очень вежливый, обслуживание хромает. Как при заселении так и при выезде были заминки. При уборке номера то не положат туалетную бумагу, то вообще не принесут полотенец. Один раз оставили табличку убрать номер и уехали на весь, приехали, а номер не убран. Неплохой банный комплекс. Ценовая категория не соответствует отелю.

I was very disappointed this time in my stay in Robinson hotel , I am a regular customer and I always do my daughter birthday i there restaurant . I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff , very slow services , staff arrogant and at the end they were trying to rip me with a false bill which they added things we didn’t took . Same was in my check out they wanted to let me pay the room although it was prepaid by expedia and they wanted to take 2 breakfast although we only took one . Very disappointed !!!!

Great place to spent a weekend but have few issues
Great place to spent a weekend! But have few issues.. We just get married, we stay in gorgeous presidential suit, room was awesome! huge bedroom and bathroom with hot tub and bidet, comfortable bed, very big balcony with couch and armchairs, beautiful view overlooking lake.. However, we check in late around midnight, very tired after wedding all we want is relax. The key we got in lobby wasn't working, after several time trying we back in lobby and they say they give us a wrong keys! We finely get in and trying to fill hot tub but water was so slow it take forever to fill it.( than we can't turn jets on because it wasn't working! so late night we go lobby again and ask them to fix hot tub, and in morning after shower we found out that hairdryer not working.. someone come and fix it asap but our stay wasn't very relaxing as we wish((( disappointed! No one really sorry about inconvenience..

Heaven on the earth beside the sea
Amazing staff , polite , quick response , attentive and hotel facilities are amazing especially the aqua zone and the spa . Restaurant affordable and nice food .

Hotel should be renovated totallly and recepionist staff should be more trained to know how to talk to loyal customer and be polite not arrogant
