"The location of this property is set up on the side of a mountain with the most spectacular view of the sea, Capri, Mt. Vesuvius, etc. The grounds were so lovely- it was a true island escape. The location to town was fantastic- the walk was a bit steep, but literally everything you need was right there. The host was gracious and helpful."

"Very cute house, beautiful view from deck. The little town of Masse Lubrense is charming, but not always open. Great place to relax and recharge, but need a car to take advantage of all the sites in the area,as the location is somewhat isolated. Can walk to town and take a bus, but taxis are very expensive.The hosts were super nice and helpful!!!"

"Beautiful views and unique property which is in the hills above the town. Claudio and Giovanna were very welcoming and helpful. The use of the villa pool was a real plus. I would recommend!"

"Patrizia has a beautiful property with a great view of Capri. She scheduled tours to Capri and Amalfi for us and would have more if we had asked. She was a great host. Angela, who graciously checked us in late at night due our own rental car issues was an angel. She was there to help us with every need. You’ll love them and the property."

"Villa Principessa is a fantastic villa with a great staff! A huge gift basket with local fruits, a white and red wine from their own production and many snacks, including pasta, as well as coffee capsules, sweetened our arrival. The view, especially in the top part of the Villa is breathtaking. The sunrise is unique and very picturesque. It's like watching God paint and all the sky is its screen. Simply just fantastic. "I'm not going to lie this accommodation is only suitable to those who are mobile, don't mind walking up steps or who have access to a car. This is clearly outlined by the property so it shouldn't come as a surprise. The area is lovely and picturesque, much better than Amalfi, which is just around the corner."

"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Property is very clean and comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond service. It is located in an excellent place where you can drive around to other cities. Parking is included which is a big plus here in the town. Will be coming back for sure!!"

"Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. My only negative was the noise in our room. We could hear everything from upstairs- footsteps, chairs scraping, doors closing, etc from 7am and it was disturbing. The hotel was pretty empty so I think it was probably staff. But we stayed in winter and I guess the air con in summer might drown out that noise. "
