"The dog room we stayed in was perfect - with it's own outside access and no carpeting on the floor. The only "complaint" I have is that it wasn't easy for me to request a dog room online. I didn't see that option anywhere. But the guy at the front desk took care of it for me. Also, you may not be able to help this with the outside entrances, but there were quite a few bugs flying around our room. Overall, though, we very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice family get-a-way. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Room clean. Had a free continental breakfast, which was nice, but some microwavable breakfast sandwiches would have made a great addition! My only complaint was the temperature of the pool water. It was cold, even though it was supposed to be heated! The big room (air) heater was set on 78, which is low for pool area in November. It was not as enjoyable as it could have been because of the cold water. The children loved having a pool in November. That's why I picked this place. "

"Traveling with my daughter who is a lax player visiting colleges and playing in tournaments, this is our fifth hotel in six weeks. By FAR the best! Friendly person at the front desk. The room was clean and didn’t smell like smoke or harsh cleaning supplies. Just smelled clean and normal! After check in I get a text from Jenny…. Welcome, how is everything? We had a nice back and forth and she’s was NOT a bot!! I asked why we were put in a handicapped room - not complaining just curious and she said that’s what Expedia booked and if we asked to switch and the hotel could accommodate they would. Good to know in the future. I wrote ‘if only you sold booze’ and she lol, and wrote there’s a Hooter’s that shares the parking lot. So yeah- not a bot. Anyway- the hotel is newly renovated, clean, COMFY beds, can’t wait for breakfast and the gentleman who checked is in was great and the follow up with Jenny was a really nice touch! We have more tournaments this Summer and we will book early and stay here for them. Thank you for getting it right!! "
