"I am really picky with hotels and I usually find the smallest things to complain about. However, this property met my overall expectations. The rooms were very clean, food was good, drinks were great (surprising for an all inclusive resort) and the property was always clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have (again I’m a details person) they need to clean the grout in the shower. Another amazing and necessary piece to this hotel is this the staff. This hotel has the best staff I have ever experienced and I have stayed at some of the best 5 star hotels. Each and every staff member I encountered were really friendly and helpful. Didn’t matter their position, they see you walking by or lounging around they all will ask if you’re doing ok or need anything and will ensure you get what you need or show you to someone who can. I will most definitely stay here again. Really great hotel! "
