"Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10."

"Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels."

"Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Perfect

"This was my 2nd stay at Prima Life & the high standard has been maintained. Ahmed kept my room very clean & i found him very helpful. Kamul's omelette tossing skills are 2nd to none & he always had a cheery smile no matter the hour. Mohammed on the dining room drinks was again always hpful & always cheerful. All the staff work hard to keep the whole resort clean even to collecting each morning any detritus that the guests have dropped in the sand like cigarette butts."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Cooks Club. The resort was clean, quiet and safe. It has everything you need but also in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We even had our own ambassador named Michael who was always available for any of our needs. Also there is a spa located right next door to the resort that was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. "
