"Despite being marketed as a 'stunning penthouse' this is the grubbiest, most poorly maintained and unwelcoming properties we have ever rented. We spent our first day buying cleaning products and cleaning a dirty bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and floor surfaces. Unfortunately we couldn't remove the thick layers of dust from under the beds because the vacuum cleaner didn't work and the laundry was beyond redemption!
