Sofas/couches are for sitting and lounging. Any horseplay that results in damage will be charged $750 per piece.
- No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property at any time. This is something we take very seriously and thoroughly document between each and every guest.

There is absolutely no pets or smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Fine for disobeying either of these rules is a minimum of $500.

The maximum capacity for this property is 8 adults and 4 children unless explicitly approved via messages by management. Minimally, you will be fined $100 per day, per guest for additional unapproved guests. Max consequence is an immediate cancelled reservation with no refund.

There are absolutely no parties allowed on this property. The guest headcount is very strict. Any damage to the house or excessive mess will be fined against your security deposit or through your booking site. NO PARTIES.

There are external cameras as well as internal and external noise sensors on this property (including facing the pool - for liability only). Any covering, unplugging or tampering with the cameras or noise sensors will result in a minimum $500 fine and could result in being removed from the property altogether.

You must have a government issued ID, a profile picture and at least one previous outstanding review to book. We do not accept first time bookings for this home. Must be 25 or older to book.
