Beach towels available at the small pool and chairs to take to the beach. This motel is on inland waterway with a dock, bbq's by the water.walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores. Trolley stop on the street in front. Really cute place with attentive staff."

"This was a pretty cool place to stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, warm shower and it was sweet being by the water. Rooms are set up like condos with a kitchen and living area. They do offer a free breakfast but by the time I got down there, most of the hot food was gone. Make sure you get there before 8:30, it closes at 9:00. "Perfect location on Beach Drive for the Grand Prix. Spacious room, especially for an older hotel. Walking distance to all the great restaurants. Hotel staff was so pleasant and accommodating. We hope to be able to secure a room here again next year for the race. The only down side is that with the bar down stairs and rooftop bar upstairs, it can be a bit noisy at night, but nothing ear plugs can’t help with. "

"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"My son and I went to St Petersburg, FL for the Indy race. Hotel was about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area, which made it close enough and affordable enough, since all prices go up during the race weekend. Staff was very friendly, especially the morning group who managed the front desk and breakfast area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again for next years race. "

"We loved this property. It was steps away from fantastic coffee, great dining options, and cute shops. Walkable to a grocery store. The room was clean, and we liked using the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Our bed was not the greatest, but that's the only downfall. With all that said, we would stay here again!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel experience! There was so much to do right outside your door. With the clubs downstairs, the karaoke bar across the street, the bagel breakfast place on the corner, and everything else that's all in walkable distance. Staff was beyond accommodating and super friendly with every interaction. We had a room above the club, and the music level downstairs was not as bad as I had heard in other reviews. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely be staying here again. "
